Akbar Siddiqi, a Rotarian & member of Junior Chamber International (JCI), is spear-heading this fundraiser with a team of committed individuals who appreciate the value of giving back to the community and helping others.

"I have been inspired by some great people over the years - to push barriers and achieve what most believe to be unachievable; learning that having the right mindset is key in being successful with any aspect of life.

For me, this Skydive is a personal challenge, on several fronts, the most prominent being the fact that I am terrified of heights! It is a journey of self development and an exciting new experience – constantly learning more about my own capabilities.

All the while, raising funds for 3 truly amazing charities!"

Emile Davies works as a nurse in North London. She is a caring and compassionate person - who loves to help others

"Hi I'm Emilie and I am very excited to be part of the Skydiving Fundraising team! Feels amazing to network with such positive inspirational people and all for such a great cause helping those that are in need! " =)

Steffie Martin is  a property investor and is always open and proud to be able to contribute to the world.

"When I find out about charity events, I'm very keen to participate. I have 2 direct debits set up for British Red Cross and water aid and I've also done a 10k run for cancer research last year.

I am very excited about the sky dive adventure and I can't wait to see how much money I can raise for the cause.

I've never fundraised for children in particular and I really want to see how much the people around me will donate."

"For me, Sky Diving isn't really something I wanted to do. However, taking a path that is truly limitless means embracing such challenge and being fearless. So jumping out of a plane does just that!

What makes this project special is that it gives you the opportunity to work on your own personal goal, meet amazing people while helping causes that are in your heart."

Sarra Kaddouri, a banker, property investor & member of JCI and also the first to come on board with this fundraiser.

"I have always been a strong believer in growing by helping others - in today's society we have the potential to do so much for those who are uanble to do for themselves.

Unfortunately, I am unable to jump with the others - however, I am committed to doing whatever is necessary in order to smash our target!

Looking forward to what is bound to be a rollercoaster of a journey !!"

Abby Gacenia sees herself as an extremely creative individual with an extraordinary gift of being able to express her way of seeing to others through visual arts. Being able to engage, influence and provoke an audience. An abstract surrealist painter and conceptual photo and videographer, spending most of my time creating images and working with disadvantage young people.

"Currently working as a self-employed youth arts practitioner with experience of dance, lighting & set design, photography and editing. I work with disadvantaged young people as a multimedia practitioner, using the arts as a therapy to help them go from a place of unhealthy thoughts and behavior to understanding and working to change to a healthier way of thinking.

I really want to skydive; it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while now. I’m fascinated by the idea of being in the air and see the earth from a new perspective. I like adventure, so it’s just remarkable to be able to make a change to others from such a phenomenal experience."
